# ReclaimBench

> A free returns and recovered parts log for one bench: record the parts recovered from each return, label them with a QR code, check them and record where each one is used.

Record returned units and their returns, each with your own return reference, and every individual part recovered from them: its part code, revision and manufacturer serial exactly as written, leading zeroes included, the bin it is held in and what you found. A recovered part starts on hold. Record a check, make a checked part available in a usable bin, record the unit it is fitted into, record an actual removal on a later return, and correct a mistaken destination or a use that never happened with both entries kept in its history. Record a concern about a part's condition or source, which holds it. Scan a QR label with a keyboard scanner or the camera, or type its exact reference: a scan opens a record and never changes it. Download QR labels at 100 × 50 mm or on an A4 sheet of eight, a component history PDF, a component list PDF, five CSV views and a complete backup, keep the register on this device and prepare the tool for offline use.
